The hotel has been remodeled and is still going through some changes. The rooms have high ceilings and our two queen beds had a sofa sleeper. The breakfast had waffles, cereal, fruits, muffins, juice bar, and a person who made us omelettes. The pool and spa were clean and indoors. AC in the room was nice and cold. They honored our free nights stay based on our reward points. Hotel is off the expressway and close to everything.
Reasonably priced, gorgeous hotel recently updated, very large rooms, not expensive in comparison, excellent staff! Patty went over and beyond to help me find something. As well as when I called to make the reservations. Highly recommend staying here.
My room had carpet throughout and my fiances room had tile which was much nicer. Same booking, not sure why it was different. Hotel was very clean, easy to get to and staff were very friendly.
I had a really bad experience Friday at this hotel. First of all the pool is under renovation and it does not say so on the website (indoor pool was the only reason I chose this hotel). To make things worse when we got back to the hotel that night about midnight we noticed a bunch of little cockroaches in the refrigerator. We tried to ignore it but then I saw one crawling on the wall next to where my girls were sleeping. I had them on the floor on an air mattress because the beds are kind of high and I didn't want them falling off the bed. I killed it and a few minutes later another one was already climbing on the air mattress. That's when we decided to leave. So I went to the front desk and told the gentleman and told him I needed a refund. He came to check the room and he saw the roaches too. We packed up our stuff and had to carry my babies out at 2:30 in the morning. I never expected this since the hotel is very nice. I'm giving it 1 star because the gentleman was very helpful in helping us load up our stuff out of the room. I will never visit this hotel again.
Service was great rooms were nice and cleaned very big. In a good location.
